Therefore, we made some guidelines on our clinics that deals with what we are collecting of data, what we are using it for and that we will not disclose any information to third parties. Online booking form
We are collecting personal data in relation to the booking form to complete and administrate of appointment booking. We are here collecting your name, email address and phone number with the aim to make faster bookings and so that we can contact you regarding your booking. Furthermore, we are collecting information about the wanted treatment to estimate how much time it will take, and which treatment provider is most qualified to exactly that description. We are doing that to accommodate your request with our available times and to make sure that you will get the best possible treatment.

All the data is encrypted and is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Email
When we are sending emails out, it is always in a safe connection. But we are recommending that you do not send any confidential information by email. We cannot guarantee the safety here. So, if you for example want to share your CPR number, we strongly recommend that you are calling us on the phone.

Customer service
To help our patients in regarding to diverse questions, we have got a chat on the website. We are here collecting information that only are used to give the patient a good customer service.

Marketing performance
To specify our marketing, we are using your information but in compliance with the legislation. We are here collecting data that we are using to measure how our marketing is performing. Here we can see which advertisement the user is coming from and what they afterwards are booking an appointment for. This is also in applicable in relation to Facebook. This is only used to optimize our marketing performance to make a focused and useful advertisement for you as a costumer.

Reviews
We will possibly make use of your information to send you an invitation to make a review of your dental visit. The review will be public on either Trustpilot or Google and can be shown several places on our website. The reason why we do this, is to help other people to choose a new dentist.

By visiting our website, information will be stored in the form of cookies which is used to statistic aims. Cookies is small text files that is stored on your computer. Here it is registered the date and time for when the website was accessed, what media was used and the IP address. In periods we are also using heatmaps to see, how our website is used. We are doing this to optimize our website.
